He was predeceased by: his parents, Leodegario Agis Curiel and Sebera Perez De Agis. He is survived by: his son Eduardo Alejandro Agis; and his siblings, Elias Agis Perez, Jose Enrique Agis Perez, Maria Del Rocio Agis of Mexico, Margarita Agis Perez of Mexico and Isela Agis Perez of Mexico.
