He was predeceased by: his parents, William Forrest Jenkins and Ophelia Mason Jenkins; his siblings, Mary Hoston, Arletha White, Irving Jenkins, Leonard Jenkins, Erma Harris, Doris Tolliver and Elizabeth Jenkins; his grandsons, Larry Jenkins Jr., Phillip Lightner and Darnell Gibson; and his son Ronald Forrest Jenkins.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Earl Jenkins, Pamela Jean Scott, Toni Ann Lightner and Lawrence John Jenkins; his wife Betty Jean Watkins of Denver, CO; and his grandchildren, Fajette Jenkins, Alphonso Lightner, Lanissa Lightner, Miguel Scott, Timothy Jenkins Jr., Arlance Jenkins, Jacquette Anderson and Michelle Scott. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
