It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommy Whitehead of Nicholson, Georgia, who passed away on April 18, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hardy and Maggie Lord Hardy. He is survived by: his wife Sara Jo Carey Whitehead of Nicholson; his children, Lynn Barrett of Jefferson, Shane Whitehead of Nicholson and Chris Whitehead of Maysville; and his siblings, Rhonda Gosnell of Nicholson and Andy Hardy of Hull. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
