He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Theresa Huffnagle Leggett of Evans, Georgia.; his wife Joleen Gaughan Leggett of Nicholson; his children, Stephanie Bell (Frank) of Duluth, Serina Bray (Jordan) of Hoschton and Tommy Leggett (Lauren) of Jacksonville, Florida.; his grandchildren, Nicole, Brianna Bell, Jackson, Mason, Charleigh Bray, Conner, Kaden and Logan Leggett; and his sisters, Kathleen Leggett of Pennsylvania and Joanne Cullum of Evans, Georgia..
