She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Shelnut and Elizabeth Simmons Shelnut; her former husband Paul Talmadge Hawks; her husband Dennis Reed McNabb, Sr.; and her daughter-in-law Janet Hawks.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Hawks of Nicholson, Vickie Prickett (Brantley) of Carnesville, Terri Craig (Jody) of Hull, Amanda Manning (Bo) of Commerce and Cindy Smith of Nicholson; and her caregiver Brooklynn Wyatt. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
