He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Jones and Jean Lankford Jones. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Raines Jones; his children, Kimberly Reed (Todd) and Joseph Turk (Brittany) of Nicholson; his grandchildren, Reghan, Hayden and Lillian; his great grandchildren, Maxon, Enoch and Constantin; his sisters, Jill Whitfield and Angela Jones; his brother Richard Jones; his sister-in-law Ann Raines; his niece Aimee Smart; and also Courtney Fitzgerald. He is also survived by numerous family members in the Macon Methodist Children.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518).
