He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Burroughs and Cleo Burroughs; his son Terry Eugene Burroughs; and his siblings, William, James, John A Burroughs, Geneva Compton and Catherine Blanchard.
He is survived by: his wife Merle Tolbert Burroughs; his children, Dennis Burroughs (Chris), Douglas Burroughs (Martha) and Phyllis Burroughs (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Todd Burroughs, Devin Burroughs Hanley (Adam), Ronald Graham (Deann) and Kenneth Graham (Lynn); his great grandchildren, Kaden, Trevor, Beckett, Livi, Blake and Zach; and his sister Elizabeth Brewer.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, those attending will be required to properly wear a face covering and maintain safe social distancing.
