He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hubert and Elsie Elizabeth Kesler Osborn. He is survived by: his siblings, Lynda Dodd (Jimmy) of Commerce, Helen Bellamy of Toccoa, Willard Osborn of Homer and Swayne Osborn (Winnie) of Homer.
Due to the current situation with Covid-19, there will be a private family graveside service Sunday, May 24 at Nails Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Duane Eller officiating.
