He is survived by: his girlfriend Debra Johnson; his children, Thomas "Tommy" Phillips and Pam Edwards (Timmy); his siblings, Perry, Terry, Jerry, Daryl, Denver, David Phillips, Joyce Phillips and Sylvia Brock; his grandchildren, Zachary Edwards, Tanesha McNabb and T. J. Phillips; and his great grandchild Caiden Edwards.
