It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin Galloway Sr. of Nicholson, Georgia, born in Athens, Georgia, who passed away on July 1, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Elsie Mae Galloway; his brother Milton Galloway; his father Oren Galloway; his grandmother Bartie Galloway; his aunt Viola Galloway Ellison; his wife Ophelia Janes Galloway; his children, Laura Galloway Kump (Kirby) and Rev. Edwin "Ray" Galloway, Jr. (Barbara); and his grandchildren, Miranda Kump Hildebrand (Justin) and Kale Kump (Tabitha). He was also cherished by six great-grandchildren.
