She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Thomas Dixon and Mattie Louise Harrell Dixon (Pat); her husband Virgil Strickland; her children, Nancy Bradberry and Shane Strickland; and her sisters, Louise Dixon and Ann Strickland.

She is survived by: her children, Harold Wayne Bradberry and Leslie Michelle Bradberry (Jerrame); her grandchildren, Marcus Edward Greene and Taylor Bradberry; her sisters, Mary Sorrow (Danny), Barbara Streetman (Roger) and Sherry Bramlett (Paul); her great grandchildren, Marcus Greene, Audrey Wilson and Bryson Moore; her close friend Tracy Cox; and her pet Julie.
