It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Lee Booth of Nicholson, Georgia, who passed away on December 16, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bobby Lee Booth to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Booth and Fannie Jordan Booth; his wife Peggy Jane Adams Booth; his son Todd Booth; his granddaughter Savannah Booth; and his sister Dorothy B. Mealor.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Standridge (Warren) of Nicholson, Tracy Booth (Kela) of Commerce and Tim Booth (Sherry) of Nicholson; and his siblings, Billy Booth of Nicholson and Mary Stewart of Winterville. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Little-Ward Funeral Home (115 State St, Commerce, GA 30529). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the New Hope Baptist Church (40 Old Kings Bridge Rd, Nicholson, GA 30565).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to New Hope Baptist Church or Wounded Warrior Project.
