He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Harper Spivey of Nicholls, GA; his children, Damita Spivey Davis (Brian) of Nicholls, GA and Shanon Spivey (Allison) of Nicholls, GA; and his grandchildren, Haley Davis, Lila Spivey, Katie Davis and Ty Spivey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
