He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jacob Harper and Lila Youngblood Harper; his son Keith Harper; and his brother Robert Harper. He is survived by: his wife Burrell Harper of Nicholls, GA; his children, Karen Harper Vining of Douglas, GA, Kristy Harper Moxley (Billy Jack) of Douglas, GA and Ronnie D. Harper of Douglas, GA; and his siblings, Othel Harper of Douglas, GA and Audrey Corbitt of Douglas, GA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
