He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Lee Waters and Catherine Hutcheson Waters; and his brothers, Ronnie and Rickey Waters. He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Waters (Sybrena) of Nicholls and Sandy Overstreet (Bennie) of Douglas; and his sister-in-law Cindy Waters of Nicholls.
