He is survived by: his children, Sandy Marie Gonzales of Nicholls, GA and Randall Martin Spivey of Louisiana; his sister Veritha Moore of Willacoochee, GA; his nephew Jimmy C. Bowen of Albany, GA; and his niece Tracie Moore.
