She is survived by: her husband Herbert Larry Spivey of Nicholls, GA; her children, Shawn Spivey (Hailey) of Ickesburg, PA. and Michelle Spivey (Forrest); and her siblings, David Kirkland (Marlene) of Douglas, GA and Betty Sue Wilkins of Nicholls, GA. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
