He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Medders and Mary Anna Corbitt; his son Shawn Miller; his grandson Ryan Everly; and his brothers, Travis and Raymond Medders.
He is survived by: his wife Endora "Jeannie" Lewis Medders of Nicholls; his daughters, Lisa Theus (Corey) and Tammy Everly (Ricky) of Baxley; his brothers, Kenneth Dale "Joe" Medders of Nicholls, Henry Medders (Marie) of Broxton, Roy Keith of Alma, Filo of Alma and Richard "Tad" Medders (Wanda) of Alma; and his grandchildren, Layne Miller of Baxley, Chesley Miller of Hazlehurst, Trevor, Raymond Theus, Logan and Gavin Everly of Baxley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
