He is survived by: his wife Debra Harper Todd of Nicholls; his children, Jeffery Samuel Osteen of Hilliard, FL., Joey Dexter Osteen of Jacksonville, Steven Paul Todd (Jo) of St. George, GA., John Dexter Todd, Jr. (Darlene) of Jacksonville, FL., Yvonne Marie Tilton (Kenny) of Callahan, FL. and Brenda Jean Todd (Mike) of Douglasville, GA.; his stepsons, John Adams of Missouri and Herman Adams of Nicholls; his sisters, Martha Hendrix, Shirley Sunberg and Mary White of Waycross; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Harper and Ramon Harper (Missy) of Nicholls. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and 12 step grandchildren.
