He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Wooten and Mary Emma Highsmith Wooten; his daughter Krystal Wooten Wynn; his brothers, Kenneth Wooten and Johnny Wooten; his sister-in-law Virginia Wooten; and his grandson Gregory "Bubba" Harrell, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Diane Hill Wooten of Nicholls, GA; his children, Kathy Susan Faircloth of Jesup, GA and Greg Harrell (Tina) of Heflin, AL; his grandchildren, Abbie Blake McBee (Luke), Emma Faircloth of Statesboro, GA, Jarrett Faircloth, Paris Wynn of Jesup, GA, Diona Williams (Chris) of Jacksonville, FL and Andrew Harrell of Huntsville, AL; and his great grandchildren, McKenna McBee of Jesup, GA and Gregory Williams of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
