He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin Nipper and Josephine Burch Nipper. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Nipper of Nicholls, GA; his children, Rebecca Reliford (T. J.) of Nicholls, GA, Joshua Terrell of Pearson, GA and Matthew Terrell of Pearson, GA; his siblings, Donna Smith (Scott) of Axson, GA, Joann Nipper (Jeffery) of Douglas, GA, Christina Anderson (Bradley) of Douglas, GA, James Nipper (Annette) of Nicholls, GA and David Nipper (Stephanie) of Nicholls, GA; and his grandchildren, Paisley Bennett and Anzliegh Rose Reliford.
