He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaston Gillis and Frances Mills Gillis; and his wife Linda Batten Gillis. He is survived by: his son Jesse Gaston Gillis of Nicholls, GA; and his siblings, Carrie Jean Thomas, Burell Harper of Nicholls, GA and Lonnie Gillis of Nicholls, GA. He is also survived by 2 Grandchildren Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
