Merritt (Kathy) of Douglas, GA.; his stepchildren, Jimmy Foster (Linda) of Tampa, FL, Cle Foster (Jerri) of Brandon, FL and Mary Callie Shipman (Frank) of Ocala, FL; his siblings, Aubrey Joe Merritt (Betty Sue) of Douglas, GA and Sue Deems (Dinky) of Douglas, GA; his sister-in-law Laverne Merritt of Waycross, GA; and his grandchildren, Scott Merritt (Victoria) of Nicholls, GA, Casey Stewart (Blake) of Douglas, GA, Cortney Merritt (Brad) of Douglas, GA, Tyler Dubberly of Tifton, GA, Shane (Winnie Jennings) of Cleveland, TN and Shawn (Ansley Jennings) of Douglas, GA. He is also survived by 14 Great Grand Children Several Nieces and Nephews, Cousins.
