He is survived by: his fiancée Karen Crews of Ludowici; his children, Daphne, Debbie of Pennsylvania and Brandon Mazingo; his sisters, Geraldine Moore of Swansboro, NC and Louise Kornegay of Richlands, NC; and his half-siblings, Virginia Cole of Tennessee, Alice Hayes, Linda Hanner of Asheville, NC, Judy Brinson of Virginia and Mazingo.
