She was predeceased by: her parents, James Stokes and Linnie Jean Anderson Carter. She is survived by: her sons, Austin Hutto of Carrollton, GA and Jordan Craig of New Hampshire; her siblings, Kathy Ashworth of Pearson, GA, Amanda Mandez of Dunkirk, NY, Renee Taft of Douglas, GA, Susan Smith of Jesup, GA, Ann Fussell of Douglas, GA and Paul Davy Taft of Douglas, GA; her stepsiblings, Charity Ashford of Pearson, GA, Patricia Anderson of Douglas, GA and Jason Carter of Pearson, GA; and her close friends, Tommy Alexander and Wesley Kirkland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, Sims Funeral Home Inc. will require all guests and attendees to wear appropriate medical grade face-masks and maintain social distancing at all times while visiting our facility, and highly encouraged at our services outside of our facility.
