She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Vincent Tanner and Lula Mae Jordan Tanner; her husband Bob Ned Ivan Carmichael; her children, Ned Carmichael and Betty Sue Burch Ellis; and her siblings, Junior, Quinn, Robert Tanner, Pansy Taylor, Clara Rowell and Hazel Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Burch (Debra) of Nicholls, GA. and Norma Jean Carmichael (Paul). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
