With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Werner Gruenhut of Newton, Georgia, who passed away on October 30, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Gruenhut and Rose Gruenhut; his wife Alice Fleming; and his daughters, Lisa and Lori. He was also cherished by his five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

If you are sick, not feeling well, or have any symptoms of COVID 19, please do not attend the service or services. If you feel the need to wear a mask, please do so.

In lieu of flowers, you are invited to honor Werner with a donation to the Newton County Humane Society, PO Box 2536, Covington, GA 30015.
