It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Carole McNeal of Newton, Georgia, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on July 13, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard G. Baker, Sr. and Ora Beatrice Carroll Baker. She is survived by: her husband E. McNeal of Newton; her son Scott McNeal of Newton; and also Leigh Shiver.
