With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Markeita Erwin Bullard of Newton, Georgia, born in Piedmont, Alabama, who passed away on June 24, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas Erwin and Emily Dean Williams Erwin; her husband Hershel Arthur Bullard; and her sisters, Emely Erwin Fortenberry and Kaylor Erwin Martin.
She is survived by: her daughter Vanessa Bullard Kurtz (Doug) of Albany; her brother Tommy Erwin of Cullman, AL; her brother-in-law Jerry Swindle of Cullman, AL; her grandchildren, Landon Samples, Ireland Kurtz and Emerald Kurtz; her niece Lydia Burch (Tim) of Newton; and her pet Lucky. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
