He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Smith and Eddis Smith. He is survived by: his wife Kelley Smith of Covington; his children, Vivian, Joel Robinson of Conyers, Bubba Smith of Eatonton, Teresa, Robert Bowden of Monticello, Elizabeth, Jeff Brake of Jackson, Ramona, Steve Nicholson of Loganville, Candance Shellnutt of California, Kimberly, Chris Stephens of Monroe, T. J., Kelly Gay of Covington, Connie and Donnell Delaney of Conyers; and his siblings, Beverly Kanda, Joe Smith and Terry Smith. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
