He is survived by: his wife Lois Riggins of Newton; and his children, Barbara Parker (Charles) of Newton, Vickie Smith (Jackie) of Newton, Fred Riggins (Debi) of Camilla, Debbie Rudd of Pelham, Darryl Riggins of Gabbs, NV, Sherry Bell of Newton, David Riggins (Dianne) of Baconton and Scotty Riggins (Jasey) of Gabbs, NV. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.
