He is survived by: his wife Carla Goldner Heard of Newton; his children, Brian Christopher Heard of Newton and Jennifer Heard Hattaway (Benjamin) of Coleman; his nephews, Jordan Brim (Michelle) and Adam Brim (Crystal); his siblings, Wendy Melissa Heard and Tim Heard; and his grandchildren, Scarlett Elizabeth Howard, Lily Claire Howard, Hayden Robertson Hattaway, Jonah Brim and Abigail Brim.
