She was predeceased by: her parents, J. W. Collins and Louise Butler Collins; her husband Billy Chapman; and her son James Lamar Chapman. She is survived by: her children, Jeannette Phillips (Gene) of Newton, Scarlett Marie Widner (Rex) of Leesburg, Tony Lee Chapman of Tallahassee and Edward Dwayne Chapman of Jacksonville; and her sister Jo Ann Yarborough of Albany. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
