He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Ellis Crews and Opal O'Neal Crews. He is survived by: his sons, Chade Johnson of LaFayette and Brad Weaver of Ringgold; his brother Jimmy; and his sister-in-law Janet Crews of Grantville.
