She is survived by: her husband William Eugene Neill of Newnan; her children, Lillian Neill of Auburn, AL. and Eugene Neill of Newnan; her grandsons, Levi Shepard, Andrew Shepard and Aiden Shepard; and her sister Susan E. Neill of Stone Mountain. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
