He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Caraway and Hazel Caraway; and his brother Scott Caraway. He is survived by: his wife Mary Pamela Peavy Caraway; his children, Jamie Caraway Dickson (Jake) and Robert Ritch Caraway (Candy); and his grandchildren, Owen Lee Dickson, Landon Lee Caraway, Henry Lee Dickson, Zoey Marie Caraway and Cooper Ritch Caraway.
In place of flowers, the family requests donations to Joy's Promise Canine Rescue Inc. (joyspromise.org) in memory of Vince Caraway.
