He is survived by: his wife Mary Pamela Peavy Caraway; his children, Jamie Caraway Dickson (Jake) and Robert Ritch Caraway (Candy); and his grandchildren, Owen Lee Dickson, Landon Lee Caraway, Henry Lee Dickson, Zoey Marie Caraway and Cooper Ritch Caraway.
