She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Millican and Ethel Eason Millican of Falkville, Alabama.; and her siblings, Iva Mae Alvis, Albert Millican, Virgil Millican, Horace Millican, Ralph Millican and Arvil Millican.
She is survived by: her husband William C. Arnett (Bill); her daughters, Brenda Kersey (Allen) of Newnan, Georgia and Karen Still (David) of Tyrone; her grandchildren, Allison Morris (Tim) of Dallas, Georgia and Clif Kersey (Ansley) of Newnan; and her great grandchildren, Mitchell Kersey, Will Morris, Macy Kersey and Maddox Kersey.
