She is survived by: her children, Genora Brinkley Reyes (Mark) and Romeo Brinkley, Jr. (Jodi); her grandchildren, Ashley Morgan (Lee), Matthew Thomas (Juliann), Reagan Brinkley and Sophie Brinkley; her great grandchildren, William Morley, Daniel Morley, Luke Thomas and Jason Thomas; her siblings, Lavon Bray (Mike), Tony Garland (Pam), Stephen Garland, Carol Martenson, Margie Stephens and Shirley McCandless (Craig); and her sister-in-law Bonnie Denny. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
