He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dan Billings and Dorothy Billings; his son Stephen; the parent of his child Lyn Billings; and his siblings, Daniel Billings (Dorothy), Paulette Blackwell, Susan Farst (Ron), Buz Billings (Beverly), Nancy Laponzina (Michael) and Deborah Krupp (Armin).
