She is survived by: her children, Leonard Cook, Jr., Lynn Cook, Sr., Larry Cook and Lisa Slaton (Timothy); her grandchildren, Carrie Cook, Matthew Jones, Sr. (Desire), Shirley Inman, Adam Cook (Nicky), Kenisha Cook (Jerome Leonard), Lynn Cook, Jr. (Eva) and Lucas Cook (Erin Seaton); her great grandchildren, Allie Jones, Matthew Jones, Jr., Scarlett McPherson, Steven McPherson, Maple Jones, Nevaeh Cook, Aiden Cook, Jayce Cook, Cohen Williams, Nicholas Williams, Emory Cook and Olivia Cook; and her sister Joanne McGregor.
