She was predeceased by: her parents, Garlon Phillips and Alma Phillips; and her siblings, Garlon R. Phillips, Ann Marie Musselman and Alice Elizabeth Dobbs-Melton.
She is survived by: her husband Charlie W. Mullin Jr.; her children, C. Wade Mullin (Linda) of Tucson, AZ, Lois Elaine Moore of Newnan and Edith Marie Mullin; her grandchildren, Melissa Rose Crofts (Grayson) of Buchanan, GA, C. Travis Mullin (Rhylie) of Denver, CO, Devon Virginia Smith of Brooklyn, NY and Adrian Glenn Moore (Stephanie) of Smyrna, GA; her great grandchildren, Oaklend and Kaya Crofts; and her sister Mary Katherine Stokes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Children's Heathcare of Atlanta in honor of Rosalie's lifelong commitment to helping children and others.
