He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Duke and Eva Smith Duke; his brothers, Terry Duke, Leonard Duke and David Duke; and his son Tim Duke.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Duke; his children, Robbie Duke and Patti Slaven; and his siblings, Rex Duke, Artis Duke and June Duke. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
