He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Catherine Phelps. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Rosengarten, Nicole Semple and Annmarie Gilbert (Dale VanPelt); his grandchildren, Jaime Gilbert, Cassidy Semple, Grace Gilbert, Samantha Rosengarten-LaMere (Brett) and James Rosengarten; and his great grandchildren, Giovanna Semple and Brantley Semple.
