He is survived by: his father Jerry (Gin); his siblings, Chad (Susan), Brad (Vikki) and Gaylene (Dan); his wife Janice Cummings; his stepchildren, Terry Cummings (Melissa) and Jenny Malmborg (Wade); his grandchildren, MeKenzie Olsen (Charlie), Kylie Ammons (Will), Bridger, Amelia Cummings, Garrett, Mason and Abbie Malmborg; and his great grandchild Luka Olsen.
