She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoytt Hubbard and Sarah Hubbard; and her siblings, Embry Hubbard, Marie Pannell and Susan Slaton.

She is survived by: her daughter Beth Beall (Barry Beall); her grandchildren, Adam Shumake and Katherine Millians (Logan Millians); her great grandchildren, Davis Millians and Lauren Millians; and her grandson Sutton Beall.

In lieu of flowers, Ms. Eartly asked that contributions be made in her memory to Trinty Baptist Church, P.O. Box 218, Newnan, GA 30264.
