She was predeceased by: her father Mack Boynton. She is survived by: her husband James Kee; her daughters, Krystal Beck (William), Melinda Hawk (Kevin) and Rachel Vicknair (J. R.); her siblings, Fairie Murphy, Patricia Burnham, Bobby Murphy, Kenny Boynton and Susie Stamey; and her pets, Blue, Highway and Missy. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
