He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Northcutt and Mary Kate Northcutt; and his brother Jimmy Northcutt. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Stover of Newnan, GA and Phil Northcutt of Newnan, GA; his brother Harold Northcutt (Shawnee); his granddaughter Mandy Stover (Mark); his great grandchildren, Austin Stover (Mandi) and Deanna Roberts; and his great great grandchildren, Stormi Stover, Trenton Noles and Noles. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
