She was predeceased by: her father Bobby Blair; and her sister Betty Jo Henley. She is survived by: her mother Geraldine Neill; her husband Rusty Johnson; her children, Randy "PNut" Johnson (Brandi), Christina Truitt (Jody), Jessy Thacker (Ronnie), Johnathan and Jeremy Flournoy; her grandchildren, Caden, Logan, Rileigh, Maddie, Carlee, Colby, Brianna, Bentley, Cohen, Emma and Amberly; and her brothers, Junior Blair, David Blair and Ricky Neill. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
