She is survived by: her husband Philip Grubbs; her daughter Julie Hoffman (Andy); her stepdaughters, Melissa Marshall and Jennifer Garner (Scott); her grandchildren, Davis Hoffman, Betsy Hoffman, Andrew Marshall, Allison Marshall and Owen Garner; and her siblings, Emil Askew, Fred McKoy, Jr. (Connie) and Lisa Lashley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
