With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nina Stephens Kidd (Newnan, Georgia), who passed away on March 15, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Hamilton Stephens and Annie Kate Newnan Stephens; and her siblings, Theo Stephens, Minnie Lucy Haines, Paul H. Stephens, Ray S. Stephens of Buford, Edward A. Stephens, Rayford S. Stephens and Frances Stephens Moore.

She is survived by: her husband Jimmy C. Kidd.

It is suggested that in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Southwest Christian Care 7225 Lester Road Union City, Georgia 30291.

“Little did I know that as a young child visiting my Aunt in Newnan that the "boy" that lived there (Aunt Trudy's son) would someday marry my good friend Marie's Aunt......Aunt Nina. Our paths have crossed time and time again but in the last few years I have been able to be a part of that family. I have enjoyed it so much. Aunt Nina was so wise and had so many stories! It has been nice to meet the extended family of Marie's and be a part of Cousin Jimmy and Aunt Nina's lives! Linda Tippens”
